How We Work

We figure out how the animals are getting in, make sure they are out, and keep them out!

Assessment & Estimate

First we will talk with you by phone to get a few details and schedule an assessment.

The assessment is an investigation to identify entry points and what kind of animal we're dealing with. Assessment usually takes about an hour and will help us determine what exactly is needed for your home.

Our investigation may include the following areas: crawl space, basement, siding, vents, pipes, ducts, garage, attic, and the outside periphery of the structure and relevant interior rooms of the home.

The assessment can also help us to identify any vulnerable or predisposed areas that may become a problem in the future. This is an added benefit which provides you with some preventative alternatives.

Through the findings of the assessment, we will determine the BEST solution for your current wildlife problem and provide you with a detailed summary and estimated cost that covers exclusion, repair, and remediation work.

The Work

Upon approval of the assessment and estimate, work will be scheduled as soon as possible.

Each Situation Is Unique!

Some jobs are simple and others more complex. As a result, completion time and pricing varies. Some jobs require simple exclusion work and minor repairs, while others require intricate exclusion methods and significant repairs.

Either way you can rely on Humane Homes Wildlife Removal Company to provide you with a high quality and effective solution to your wildlife woes.

Exclusion & Repair

Did you know there is a wide array of ways that wildlife can get into your home or business? A few examples are rooflines, ridgelines, gable vents, chimneys, crawlspace vents, doors, and pipe and electrical chases. Crawlspaces are a highly susceptible entry point for various wildlife.

Bats love to hang on the inside of gable vents and squirrels find them quite easy to gnaw through. Mice, rats and birds can easily find a way into your attic through holes and gaps throughout the building. And, unfortunately, some birds and squirrels love to nest in chimneys.

We provide humane eviction techniques so these creatures are NOT harmed upon their departure. Once out, our methods for permanent exclusion are highly effective.

Remediation

Once we have concluded that all the animals are OUT, and the repair work is done, we proceed with cleaning, sanitizing and restoring the affected areas. When wildlife decides to make your home it's home, they can leave behind quite a mess!

Urine, droppings, and nesting material are left behind can clog vents, and other spaces, posing a fire hazard and unpleasant odor. Our non-toxic, environmentally safe remediation process will remedy all of your concerns around this. We adhere to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.

Preventative Wildlife Assessments

Are you buying or selling a home? Are you a realtor or property manager? Did you know home inspections may not include information about how animals could get into the home- or if they're inside already? We do preventative assessments for buyers or sellers to determine if animals are present.

We also offer our Preventative Wildlife Assessment service as a monitoring program to detect animal activity as early as possible. This could save you thousands of dollars in future repairs due to damage some animals may cause. The preventative assessment can be helpful for any home or dwelling, and especially useful if there has been a history of wildlife activity in the past.
